Use the programme-specific checklist
The list below is preparation guidance, not a universal admission requirement. Confirm the documents and submission format required for your programme.

| Degree certificate and academic transcripts | Academic qualifications must satisfy the selected programme’s requirements; confirm required copies and verification. |
| Recommendation letters | Climate programme: three letters. Advanced nursing programmes: a letter from the current employer or supervisor. Other programmes: confirm with SGS. |
| Personal statement | Advanced nursing programmes specify 500–800 words describing career goals, leadership experience and reasons for applying. |
| Professional registration and experience | Advanced nursing programmes specify current Somaliland NHPC registration and at least one year of full-time post-graduation clinical practice. |
| Clinical fitness and immunisation evidence | Advanced nursing programmes specify medical fitness and evidence of Hepatitis B immunisation. Submit only through the authorised process. |
| Professional qualifications | Where a programme permits a professional qualification route, provide the evidence requested by SGS. |
